Custom products require 1–3 business days for printing and processing.
Shipping times vary based on your location.
Delays due to courier partners, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

Because all products on Woozy.in are custom-made, we follow a strict policy:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom-designed items unless:
The product received is damaged
The product is completely different from what was ordered
The design printed is incorrect due to our error
Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production.
If eligible, a replacement will be provided at no extra cost.
