Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed on Woozy.in are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. Customers will be notified of any delays.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery availability may vary based on your location and courier partner coverage.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for minimum order values (if applicable).


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Metro cities may receive delivery faster, while remote locations may take slightly longer.

  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.

  • Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner’s website or tracking portal.


6. Incorrect/Incomplete Address

  • Woozy.in is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to wrong address, reshipping charges will apply.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • In case an order is damaged during transit, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • For lost shipments, Woozy.in will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. Refund or replacement will be provided based on courier confirmation.


8. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier partner will make 2–3 attempts for delivery.

  • If undelivered after attempts, the package may return to us. Reshipping fees may apply.


9. International Shipping

  • Currently, Woozy.in does not provide international shipping.
