We take pride in delivering high-quality custom products made specially for you.

Because all our products are custom-made, this Return & Refund Policy outlines when replacements or refunds may be provided.


1. No Return or Refund for Custom Products

All items on Woozy.in are custom-printed based on your design, which makes them unique and personalized.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size, color, or model chosen by the customer

  • Typing mistakes or errors in user-uploaded text

  • Poor-quality images uploaded by the customer

  • Any design issues caused by incorrect user input

Please double-check your design, images, and order details before checkout.


2. Replacement Eligibility

We offer free replacement (no extra charge) only in the following cases:

✔ Wrong product received

✔ Damaged product on delivery

✔ Incorrect print or design (caused by our mistake)

✔ Major manufacturing defect

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence (photos/videos).


3. How to Request a Replacement

To file a replacement request, email us at:

Include the following details:

  1. Order ID

  2. Customer name & phone number

  3. Clear photos/videos of the issue

  4. Description of the problem

Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.


4. Conditions for Replacement

A replacement will be approved only if:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition

  • The issue is verified and confirmed by our quality team

  • The problem is caused due to printing, production, or packaging errors

In case the exact same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or refund.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under these rare circumstances:

  • We are unable to fulfill or produce your order

  • A replacement is not possible due to stock limitations

  • The customer was charged but the order did not get created in our system

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized T-shirts

  • Custom mobile covers

  • Personalized mugs & bottles

  • Custom bags, cushions, keychains, mousepads

  • Any product created using uploaded photos, text, or design

All sales of personalized products are final.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started because the product is made specifically for you.

If you wish to cancel, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
After that, cancellation may not be possible.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

If the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete:

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures

  • Replacement or refund will not be applicable

  • Reshipping charges may apply

Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.


9. Packaging Damage vs. Product Damage

  • Minor dents or tears in outer packaging due to courier handling are normal and not eligible for replacement

  • Only damage to the actual product qualifies for a replacement
