Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volume, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. Customers will be notified of any delays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for minimum order values (if applicable).
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
Metro cities may receive delivery faster, while remote locations may take slightly longer.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.
Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner’s website or tracking portal.
Woozy.in is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to wrong address, reshipping charges will apply.
In case an order is damaged during transit, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
For lost shipments, Woozy.in will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. Refund or replacement will be provided based on courier confirmation.
The courier partner will make 2–3 attempts for delivery.
If undelivered after attempts, the package may return to us. Reshipping fees may apply.
Currently, Woozy.in does not provide international shipping.
